Delivery and shipping delays

Please refer to your tracking number to check where your package currently is and to find out the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping speed once we have handed over the package to the carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature of our items no returns, refunds or cancellations will be accepted. We do not accept returns on gift cards.
